How the treatment works
Formostar uses infrared heat pads wrapped around the torso and limbs to deliver sustained deep heat therapy that increases local temperature, promotes profuse sweating, and supports circulation. That deep heat can mobilize fluids and affect fat-cell behavior, helping contour the body and reduce the appearance of cellulite; practitioners report calorie burn figures up to 1200 per session.
This package is sold as six treatments that work cumulatively: repeated heat exposure and improved circulation create conditions where inch loss and visible smoothing can appear over multiple sessions. Individual response varies with hydration, diet, activity, and body composition. Formostar is distinct from topical mud wraps because it applies active deep heat rather than relying on surface compresses.
What to expect during sessions
A single treatment session at our clinic is structured and monitored; each appointment lasts 75 MINUTES including setup, the wrap period, and a short cooldown. During the session you'll be wrapped in the infrared pads, feel gradual warming and sweating, and remain clothed or covered as recommended. Technicians adjust heat and timing for comfort and safety.
After a session many clients notice immediate sweating and temporary scale changes from fluid loss; this is not the same as permanent fat loss. We advise drinking water before and after, avoiding intense exercise immediately after if you feel lightheaded, and following any individualized guidance from your technician. We'll review aftercare and scheduling during your consultation.
